CHILDREN:
Jewish education is an awesome responsibility! The challenge is to teach a five thousand year old tradition that is both ancient and modern.
In our Religious School program we provide children with the opportunity to study Jewish history, Jewish values, prayer, a bit of modern Hebrew, Jewish holidays, and the Jewish lifecycle in order to prepare them for a life of Jewish involvement within a secular world. We believe that every child should be taught according to his or her needs, and are very proud of our outstanding program designed to bring Judaism alive for all learners.
Shabbat worship is central to the spiritual life of our families. Students in all grades are expected to attend Shabbat worship experiences appropriate to their ages. Since Shabbat is a time meant for family togetherness, parents are strongly encouraged to attend services with their children.
Beit Yeladim - Children’s lessons are held monthly during our Shabbat services. For more information, please contact us.
Bar/Bat Mitzvah Training - Students who wish to take on this mitzvah meet privately or in small groups with month sessions with our Rabbi.
